Kytech Industries offers a refund for goods purchased only if the received goods are defective on arrival. Refunds will not be accepted if the product has clearly been used extensively before failure is reported.
If a product fails during normal operation within the first 12 months of purchase, and the failure was not the result of abnormal usage (for example using high voltages outside of the specifications, or falling over and landing on the product and destroying it), we will repair or replace the product under warranty. Kytech Industries shall provide a pre-paid shipping label for shipping back to Kytech Industries.
If deemed repair under warranty then the replacement parts shall be sent back at the cost of Kytech Industries. If the repair is rejected as outside of warranty conditions, the user may opt to pay for the repair and/or return postage otherwise the damaged device will remain with Kytech Industries and become the property of Kytech Industries. The user must make the decision to repair or return the product within 30 days after the repair decision is communicated or it shall be considered abandoned.
The repair will be conducted using equivalent new or refurbished parts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kytech Industries disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This warranty is provided in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
